Thanks to its advanced water-cooled design, the ice maker is able to reliably operate in hot and busy kitchens and bars - even when they reach temperatures reach up to 40¿C. And this powerful cooling system allows the Hoshizaki ice maker to produce up to 28kg of large ice cubes every day. This makes it ideal for services that require a high output of high-quality ice. After the ice is made, the internal storage container can hold up to 11.5kg - providing instant access to ice cubes.
The Hoshizaki features an intelligent micro computer that helps to minimise energy and water usage to reduce overall running costs. The ice maker's stainless-steel construction - alongside removable gaskets - ensure the ice maker is easy to clean and maintain. Plus, this hardwearing build also provides excellent durability that allows the ice maker to withstand daily wear and tear.
To top it off, the Hoshizaki ice machine is compact in size - making it ideal for cramped back bars and kitchens.
Please note: This product is water cooled, meaning a permanent separate water connection is required, in addition to the water inlet for ice production. Please also be aware that limescale can cause serious damage to your ice machine. We recommend a water filter is fitted to reduce limescale and maintain ice quality.

- Hoshizaki recommends that the water-cooled condenser should be connected to a closed circuit recirculating type cooling system utilizing a tower, water chiller or similar. Water make up should be via a ball valve/break tank arrangement.
