This powerful design ensures that you can keep up with the demand of busy services whilst maintaining excellent food quality with every use.
Thanks to its two high-efficiency, cast iron burners and large heat transfer area, the fryer is able to bring both oil tanks up to temperature in no time at all. This results in less down time and improved heat-up when prepping for service. Plus, the Millivolt temperature control circuit provides rapid and consistent temperature control between 93°C and 204°C.
Featuring a large drain port and fine mesh crumb screen, the Imperial gas fryer is easy to clean and drain after use. Furthermore, this twin-tank model features two totally separate cooking areas to prevent cross-contamination, whilst independent controls allow one tank to be used without the other during quieter periods - helping to cut energy costs in the long run.
